Green Tomato Cake
This was pretty good. Salted almost five cups of tomatoes, rinsed them well, and blotted off excess water. Then chopped 'em up in the food processor. Used golden raisins. I frosted it with whipped cream cheese sweetened with powdered sugar and milk. I thought it was better the second day. Everyone enjoyed it, and I enjoyed using up some of those green tomatoes!

Slow Cooker Swiss Steak
My mother used to make this, only she simmered it in one of those electric frying pans, and left the steak in large pieces. No tomatoes and celery, she used water, bay leaf, and enough flour to thicken the gravy. Carrots added towards the end. I like best to top mashed potatoes with the gravy. But this is a good, spicier version.

Awesome Baked Sea Scallops
This was delicious! I used 2 or 3 shallots, a bit less butter, and Panko breadcrumbs. Had lots of flat leaf parsley from the garden, so sprinkled that on generously. I'll definitely make them again.
