Baked Lemon Chicken with Mushroom Sauce
We loved this dish! I made it with only three chicken breasts but didn't drecrease the sauce. Chicken broth is generally high in sodium so I lightly salted & peppered the chicken as other reviewers suggested. I also sprinkled a little garlic powder. My husband says it's a keeper! I'll be passing it along to my son (25) who loves to cook.

Crunchy Cheesecake Bars
These were very tasty. I added three drops of yellow food coloring just to make them look more lemony. They were so easy and will definitely become one of my favorites I'll make again and again.

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili
This is very tasty and VERY easy. It just may become my main chili recipe. The salsa I used was pretty hot so I omitted the black pepper. I also added chopped bell pepper and used one can of kidney beans and one can of black beans. My guys loved it!
