This was easy to make and my kids ate it. I think I will use less curry powder next time, but otherwise, wonderful. I have one kid with food allergies (cheese) and this was so easy to adapt to her needs. Thanks for the nice dinner time!

I wouldn't even have given this 1 star if that was an option. I read the ther reviews and they were so good. I don't know what the were talking about. These were impossible to deal with (kind of like trying to roll and shape tootsie rolls on a July day). I used half a can of cooking spray just on my hands, and it still wasn't enough. Cooking spray should be listed on the ingredients list. They taste awful too. It was like taking a bit of sweet flour. And it took way longer to bake (which wasn't as big of a deal as it might have been because it took 20 mins. to roll 12 cookies). I will not make these again. This is my first bad review and I feel bad about leaving it, but felt I should warn others.

My husband and I have a favorite resturant from our college days and our favorite thing they make it shrimp and corn soup. This is not as good, but still really yummy. I add some tomato paste to mine and it makes it have the sweet taste I was looking for.

These are great the first time around and even better the second! I use any that are left (if any are left) to make sandwiches the next day. I just warm them up in spegetti sauce and put them on bread and it is the best meatball sub!

I made these for a football party and everyone loved them. I could barely get them out of the pan before people were grabbing them. YUM!!!

I was looking for more of a soup style curry, but the flavor was great.

I'll use less cilantro next time. It was a little intesnse. Otherwise, really good.

Really tasty, but next time that I make this I will chop everything in large peices as the small peices mushed up to much.

I really expected to have to force my group to eat this given the ingredients invovled vegetables. They were asking for thirds!
