Very good. So easy my husband was able to make it. We used the spicy sausage and used the entire pack of 5. Also added garlic to the recipe and doubled the broth. We used about the entire can of evaporated milk, but I wanted it to be creamier...personal preferance there.

Seafood Nachos

Not a bad recipe taste was just missing something. Made them a second time and changed recipe...I used salad shrimp, lobster meat, and then the crab. I mixed the three seafoods together put mix on the individual chips. I then coated the chips with shredded monterey jack cheese. I sprinkled the chips with some cayenne pepper. At this point I found that you can either microwave these until the cheese is melted or bake them at 350 for about 6 min.

Toasted Garlic Bread

Will never buy garlic bread again!! Very simple recipe. I used a whole loaf and sliced it in half. Used italian seasoning instead of just oregano. And I baked this bread at 450 for 10 min or until the cheese is melted. Very yummy!

Hot German Potato Salad III

Love, love, LOVE german potato salad! I doubled the sauce for this recipe and add thinly sliced radishes for color and taste, roughly 1/3 of a cup. I also add sliced hard boiled egg, 1 or 2 of them depending on the amount of salad I make.
