About this Cook
I am a mom to 4 kids, who all love to eat. I want to find new and delicious things for them to try.
My favorite things to cook
I love to make lasagna. It is one of the best things that I make. I will spend an entire afternoon making it. I also love making cabbage rolls.
My cooking triumphs
Not burning the bottom of my bisquits. It does happen more often then not.
My cooking tragedies
Once again...burnt bisquits

Tuscan Soup
Very good. So easy my husband was able to make it. We used the spicy sausage and used the entire pack of 5. Also added garlic to the recipe and doubled the broth. We used about the entire can of evaporated milk, but I wanted it to be creamier...personal preferance there.

Seafood Nachos
Not a bad recipe taste was just missing something. Made them a second time and changed recipe...I used salad shrimp, lobster meat, and then the crab. I mixed the three seafoods together put mix on the individual chips. I then coated the chips with shredded monterey jack cheese. I sprinkled the chips with some cayenne pepper. At this point I found that you can either microwave these until the cheese is melted or bake them at 350 for about 6 min.
