Twisted Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2007
We made this for a family dinner and everyone loved it. The sour cream goes so well with the corn and green beans. The beans were a bit soggy on the bottom so may try to mix the sour cream mix with the beans and corn next time. Very tasty!

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2007
We made this with garlic cream cheese and no cheddar. The house smelled wonderful with the lemon-garlic-butter sauce cooking. We'll definitely make this again! The breading was a bit soggy but may have been from all the butter -will cut back next time.

Graham Crisps

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2005
These are so bad for you, but so addictive! I use walnut or pecan pieces, and only use about 1/4 cup. You have to be sure to melt the butter over a lower heat and not cook the mixture too long. If the syrup isn't the right consistency, or if you burn it over high heat, the cookies aren't as good. Try it a couple times and you'll figure out the right temperatures and cook times. It's been different for me each time I make these, but I've learned what the mixture should look like to turn out correctly.

My Chili

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2005
The taste for this was ok, but it turned out rather tomato-soupy. Was a little diappointed, and will probably keep looking for recipies.

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2005
This dish is fabulous - one time it turned out great, another time the butter separated during baking. May prepare the chicken separately and just keep the sauce to serve on top. Love the flavor, though. Would definitely prepare for company! (edit - made this a couple nights ago. I sauted the chicken first, then made the sauce and just added the chicken back in to heat. Cut the salad dressing packet in half as others suggested. It was fabulous!!!)
