When I was 8, I wanted to make sugar cookies without help. Turned into "soda" cookies. I'm known for adjusting and changing recipes. Sometimes they don't work and that's a learning experience.

Banana Crumb Muffins
It is surprisingly moist. I think next time I will add some yogurt and nuts to it.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars IV
Very easy recipe to make! I used 2 c confectioners sugar. I did use the parchment paper and it worked well. I mixed 1 T of peanut butter in with the melted chocolate. Cut in to small pieces as it is rich. Tastes like a peanut butter cup. This was popular and enjoyed by all. Thanks to previous reviews before I made it.-The Entertaining Hen

Coconut Shrimp I
This is fantastic! Light and delicious. I used unsweetened flaked coconut. The dipping sauce is wonderful too. You can make it zestier or sweeter, depending on your taste. Takes about 2-3 min per side in our deep fryer at 345 degrees. Made a sauce also using fresh mango, mustard and a capful of cider vinegar (in the food processor). Afterwards added some freshly cracked pepper. Delicious. I use the beer batter for frying other fish (ie perch) by dipping in the flour, the beer batter and then panko bread crumbs. Wonderful!
