My cooking tragedies
When I was 8, I wanted to make sugar cookies without help. Turned into "soda" cookies. I'm known for adjusting and changing recipes. Sometimes they don't work and that's a learning experience.

Bread Pudding II
Great recipe and moist! My husband doesn't like bread pudding or raisins. I changed it to use diced apples and diced canned peach slices, a tiny bit of cinnamon and brown sugar on top prior and then used only 1/2 c brown sugar instead of white. (I sometimes use a combo of the canned peach juice for almost a cup, add buttermilk for a bit and regular milk. Other times a combo of a half cup buttermilk and the rest 2% milk or half and half cream) It's nice! My husband actually eats this!

Banana Crumb Muffins
It is surprisingly moist. I think next time I will add some yogurt and nuts to it.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars IV
Very easy recipe to make! I used 2 c confectioners sugar. I did use the parchment paper and it worked well. I mixed 1 T of peanut butter in with the melted chocolate. Cut in to small pieces as it is rich. Tastes like a peanut butter cup. This was popular and enjoyed by all. Thanks to previous reviews before I made it.-The Entertaining Hen
