Peanut Butter and Banana Dog Biscuits
I made these for my very picky Bedlington terrier and he loved them. They are super easy and quick to make. I substituted the wheat germ for oats and didn't add honey or brush with egg whites. I rolled these into balls and flattend with a fork and they looked more like cookies. Cooked for 30 min and they were perfect. I did 3 taste tests with 3 other store brought dog treats and he chose these everytime. Whenever he sees these he jumps up and down. Next time I make these I am going to try blueberries or strawberries instead of banannas and add molassess. It is much cheaper and healthier to make your own dog treats than to buy those expensive, not sure what's in there dog treats.

Fluffy Pancakes
I just made these pancakes for breakfast and they were some of the best pancakes I ever had. I didn't make any changes to the recipe. Mine were not that fluffy but that did not matter to me. I got 8 pancakes using 1/4 cup of batter. These are so much better than the boxed pancake mix you get at the market.

Easy Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
I made this ice cream for July 4th and it was so good. Everyone loved it. I used half and half instead of the milk, added mint oreos instead of chocolate chips, and used creme de menth instead of the peppermint. The creme de menth really gave it a nice flavor. Make sure you taste the mix to see if it has the right amount of mint flavoring before you put it in your ice cream maker. I also made cinnamon vanilla ice cream using this as a base omitting the mint and adding vanilla and cinnamon.
