Halibut Supreme
My mom won $50 with this recipe back in about 1980. Her recipe calls for marinating the halibut in white wine for about 30 min. patting dry then covering with cheese mixture. Delicious!

Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker
This is the best recipe. I usually only cook for 10 hours on low. Like being at a Luau. Try with rice and macaroni salad like a plate lunch.

Pecan Crusted Chicken Salad
This was awesome! Great combination and flavor. I used blue cheese dressing instead of ranch and gorganzola cheese. Yum, yum.
