Greek Chicken Pasta

I think the dish needed more chicken and artichokes. I added olives and sundried tomatoes... it was GREAT!

GREAT recipe! The chicken was juicy and tender, the taste was superb! I thought it was a little salty, but I think that's just me, I don't like too much salt. I will probably fix this for a formal dinner, it's very easy to cook and it doesn't demand much attention. I was able to fix the side dishes and dessert while this was cooking.

Lemon Pasta Sauce

This sauce was GREAT! I made some modifications. I added mushrooms and capers after the butter and waited until they were cooked, then I added whipped cream and broth. It turned out DELICIOUS! If you like the lemony butter flavor, this recipe is for you. I served it with chicken piccata. I had no left overs!
