Chocolate Chocolate Chip Nut Muffins

Pretty darn good! Not sure if there is much you could do to improve these. I made the recommended ingredient adjustments and ommitted the nuts. They turned out super chocolately (which is what I wanted) and moist! Can't wait for hubby to try one with his coffee tonight.

Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta

YUM! My husband and I loved this dish. I followed the recipe exactly, except I used bowtie pasta instead of angelhair. The spicyness was just perfect for us.

No Bake Cookies III

I just made a 1/2 batch of these cookies to give them a try, and they turned out great. My 4 year old just inhaled a couple and so did I. I made sure to bring the ingredients to a rolling boil and then continue to boil for 1 minute more. The consistency seems perfect to me. I probably should have tried a recipe w/out peanut butter since my family are not huge peanut butter fans. They still are fabulously yummy!

Sugar Cookie Frosting

I used this recipe to frost some gingerbread cookies and it was terrific! I would definately suggest halfing the recipe. The frosting tasted great, firmed up well for my cut out cookies and was easy to decorate with. I will use this recipe again!
