Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Good, easy and simple to put together. Will make it again. Next time I make it, I will probably would add some bacon pieces to it as well to add a different texture.

Asparagus Oregenato

I'm not quite sure about this dish... somehow my bread crumbs and cheese didn't seem to blend well together and my asparagus was limpy, I prefer crispier veges.

Cornish Game Hens with Garlic and Rosemary

Excellent, this was really easy to make and very tasty. My husband and I had this for our Christmas dinner and ended up having leftovers for lunch which tasted just as great (we just made 2 chickens). I however used the same amount of wine and chicken stock for 4 chickens. and to make the gravy, I added more stock after I had removed the chickens, there wasn't enough liquid to boil down. Excellent, wil make it again.

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

This was really simple and tasty, instead of the regular hamburger buns, I put them between bagguettes for a different texture, just make sure that the bread isn't too tough or it will be hard to bite through considering that there is a piece of patty between them.

Artichoke and Black Olive Baked Chicken

I was a little apprehensive about cooking this dish because I wasn't sure if my husband would enjoy it since I am the one who loves olives and artichokes, but the both of us truly enjoyed this dish, instead of whole olives, I used chopped up olives instead. I think the next time, I will also use more wine and chicken stock so that we have more sauce to eat with the rice I serves along with this dish. Really good and worth trying if you love the sour like flavors of artichokes and olives.

Grilled Salmon I

This was a really quick, easy and delicious meal to prepare. Instead of grilling it on an outside grill, I did it on a George Foreman grill and it tasted great. My husband enjoyed it as well and we will definately cook it again. Will have to try it on the outside grill to see if it makes a difference.

Owen's Chicken Rice

This was a very simple and quick dish to prepare. Coming from Singapore, this dish definately brought back a few memories. For those who are interested in trying something new, this is a pretty quick and easy "authentic" tasting Singaporean Chinese dish.!!!!

Bee Lian's Rich Orange Cake

I have made this cake numerous times since I found this recipe 2 months ago. Even changed the pan and made orange cake "muffins" instead and brought it to work. Everyone loved it!

Divine Spaghetti Sauce

This sauce is really tasty... it took a while to get all the ingredients all chopped and ready, but once everything was cooked and simmering in the sauce, the taste was great. The sauce is so rich and filling. Wonderful.

Italian Wedding Soup I

This recipe was really easy to make, and its extremely easy. I did not make my own chicken stock, but used chicken boullions instead. Overall, we love it and will definately make it again.
