Fabulous Wet Burritos

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2011
Delicious!! I followed other reviewers and omitted the tomatoe soup and used 20oz can of enchilada sauce instead. I put a little of the sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 pan, assembled the burritos, poured the rest of the sauce on the burritos and topped with cheese. Baked on 350 for 10 minutes just to melt the cheese.

Drop Biscuits and Gravy

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2011
I followed the instructions exactly, even added a little extra salt. I did not over mix the biscuits. Biscuits were dense and the gravy was bland.

Best Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2011
I used one can of cream of mushroom and one of cream of chicken. I used a round 2qt dish and added 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of sour cream. Came out a bit too runny so I will just add a 1/4 cup of each next time.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2010
Excellent!!! I substitued applesauce for oil. Used 1/2 cup of brown and 1/4 cup of white sugar. 1 full cup of pumpkin, doubled the cinammon, nutmeg and chocolate. I might use 1/8 tsp of cloves next time, a little too much cloves for my taste. And DEFINETELY use pam and NOT cupcake liners.

Butternut Squash Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2010
It is quite spicy. And, I like spicy stuff. I only had one small-medium squash so I used it, 1 large sweet potato and the rest of the ingredients. I only used 1/4 block of cream cheese, 2 chicken cubes and 3 cups of water. I def need to cut back on the cayenne next time...yikes!!! It's tasty, I like it but my husband was a so-so.

Home-Style Scalloped Potatoes

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2010
These were scrumptous!!! I dont think I had quite 6 cups of potatoes so I cut the milk down to 3 1/4 cups. I added garlic when I sautted the onions and cheddar cheese to the layering. To speed up the baking process I boiled the potatoes first till soft and then baked for about 20-30 minutes.
