Be aware, the meat mixture really is quite mushy. I used dry breadcrumbs and ended up using about a cup and a half to make it workable. I think I would consider using just 1 egg next time. To the mixture I added some rosemary and thyme to the other ingredients because I love how they work with ground turkey. The mixture firmed up during baking, and this dish had a really good flavor, but to be honest, as strange as it sounds, I think one package of spinach is too much. I do plan on making this again, but I will do so making those changes.
