Easy Roasted Pork

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2007
Yum! This makes the house smell good and the tastebuds dance! So good. I'll keep it as regular fall fare. I didn't have an oven bag, so just covered it with foil, and also quartered red potatos, placed them in the pan next to the roast and drizzled them in sauce. It took my almost-2-pound roast about 75 minutes to cook through.

Sausage Egg Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2007
So yummy and easy to prepare. I would probably divide the recipe in two because it's so filling. It would probably take at least 10 people to eat it all! A definate winner.

Monday Morning Breakfast

Yum! I will definately make this again. I served it in between toasted bread with a light layer of mayo and a leafy piece of romaine as a twist on the BLT. Thanks for the tasty recipe!

Rosemary Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2005
This meatloaf turned out really moist- falls apart when you cut into it. I liked the flavor better than a meatloaf made with ground beef. Easy and delicious. Thanks, Tim.

Apple Pie I

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2005
I made this for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it. I (like everyone else!) added 4 T. flour to the dry mixture, but I didn't toss the mixture with the apples like other reviewers- I layered like the recipe called for. Not runny at all like my other apple pies have been. I've found my new staple recipe!

No Bake Cookies III

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2005
These were so easy and came out just perfect. I brought them to a chocolate buffet and everyone loved them. I boiled my mixture for a full 1 min 15 seconds, and instead of dropping the batter into cookies, just pressed it into a 9x13 pan. Then, after it cooled completely, I cut them into little squares. Yum!

Chocolate Yummies

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2005
These were very easy to make. I brought them to a chocolate buffet, and everyone loved them. I boiled the mixture for a solid 1 min 15 seconds, and then instead of dropping the batter into cookies, I pressed them into a 9x13 pan. After they cooled, I cut them into squares. Yum!

Tanya's Boneless Short Ribs

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2005
Very tasty and easy to prepare. Mine didn't come out as tender as I'd hoped-I think next time I'll try them in the slow cooker.

All American Roast Beef

This roast was very easy and delicious. A bit on the rare side for my family, so next time I'll cook it a bit longer.

Simple Savory Pork Roast

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2005
This recipe was definately EASY- an undeniable plus, but my 2 lb. roast took almost 2 full hours to reach 160. It also came out a bit dry. Next time I'll keep foil over top for the first half of cooking to keep in some moisture. And I definately didn't get enough juice to make gravy. It was still quite tasty, though!

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2005
This recipe is SO simple and turns out delicious every time! I cook it without the meat, and usually divide it into two smaller casseroles. You can freeze this (unbaked) for an easy meal on a busy day. It's also great to bring to new moms.
