Forgive me Karla. PLEASE do not waste your time & ingredients on this recipe. I tried making it with some changes, but it was still terrible. The tofu turned to mush-probably from all the salt. You could not even taste the pineapple. It was just horrible.

FANTASTIC!!! Doubled the sauce. If you do this you double the HEAT. This is the perfect recipe for veggie or tofu haters. YOU CAN'T TASTE IT!! All you taste is the wonderful HOT sauce. This may be my all time favorite. You get you veggies and protein PAINLESSLY. Served over brown rice. THANK YOU-THANK YOU!!

Pretty good. I found an answer to the flipping problem. I mashed the beans with a fork. I did saute ALL the veggies. Then added cumin, chili powder, chili flakes, and some chopped jalepeno. And salt and pepper. Added the beans and cooked a little longer. You now have a sort of paste that spreads on the tortillas. Push down a little and it flips perfectly. For those of us who can't use a whole can of beans at once. I cook up a big pot of black beans till just done but firm. Drain. Put them on a cookie sheet and cover with plastic. Freeze. In the morning put them in a big freezer bag a freeze till you need some. You can just grab a handful anytime you need them.

I had great hopes for this recipe after reading the reviews. But,alas, disappointed again. Let's face it, it's hard to make tofu taste good. But, I took it off the bun. Then it was better, I could eat it. I still would not make this again.

Didn't care much for these. Pretty Blah! But because I actually ate them and didn't thow them out, they deserve 3 stars.

I tasted these potatoes just before I put in the spinach and they were GREAT. But, after adding the spinach and returning to oven, they came out very soggy. I did add extra spinach as others suggested. I WILL make these again, but I will not add spinach.

I'm impressed. Pretty darn good. This is the only veggie burger I haven't thrown in the trash. Added a little mushroom and red pepper flakes. Also, a few drops of sesame oil-nice flavor. Pressed in bread crumbs-not flour. Sprayed patties with olive oil spray before putting on grill. This is the only veggie burger recipe I will ever use.

This was awesome!! I took another reviewers advise and used an Asiago cheese bagel. I only made half a recipe. I also threw in a little dry mustard and a small handful of green onion and mushrooms. I cooked in a large loaf pan and bread was covered. Next time I will not butter the bagel and will cook at 350 instead of 375. All in all, it was teriffic.

I make these all the time and you can just about throw anything in them. One real time saver-cut zucchini in half, take a microwave safe dish and put in a little water. Put zucchini cut side down. Cook on high 5 minutes. Varies with microwave. Then proceed with recipe. I always cook mine in my toaster oven, and put on broil the last 5 minutes or so.

I did not like this recipe at all. I ate one piece because I was really hungry. I threw the rest away.

I followed this recipe to a 't'. Tasteless.

I found this recipe to be quite boring. I followed the recommendations of reviewers and halved the butter, added a little onion, peas, no salt, a little white wine, and substituted broth for the water. Still, it was unexciting. I can see where children might enjoy it.

Made this today, Great!! Followed others suggestions and added a little worchesteshire and garlic, 1 bay leaf, rosemary, thyme, celery and a little more wine. Also threw in a handful of frozen peas. Best I've ever had, thank you.
