really are the best ever. i added 4 squares of leftover chopped chocolate chunks. used maple syrup instead of honey for frosting. great!!

yummerssssss!!! great by themselves . i put one tbsp of jam in middle. i also dipped some in sugar/butter and powdered sugar too. easy cheesy!

Dad's Favorite Peanut Butter Cookies

Good but not easy to roll into balls at all so i just dropped them and they came out flat instead of cookie like. i would watch how long you bake since you cant tell when they are burnt.

GRRRRRRReat!!!!! made tons!! maybe less shortening cuz inside-middle tasted too much like it. sprinkled with cinnamon sugar mix after baking too while still hot so it absorbed. yummy!!

sugar had to be added after baking cuz it got absorbed during baking. i baked for a little less than 8 minutes. very soft!!!!

Candy-Coated Milk Chocolate Pieces Cookies II

really really flat cookies that you have to watch carefully so not to burn them. real yummy if flat and dont forget to refrigerate and spray dough and sheet. had a heck of a time getting off the sheet.

very good and chocolatey. i could taste the coffee in the batter cuz i added 3 instead of 2 tsp. but when they came out i couldnt taste over the chocolate flavor.

Cinnamon Bread I

nice and easy. added a powder sugar glaze and made nice topping. outsides were delicious kinda crunchy. smells fantastic. inside kinda plain next time i might put walnuts in.cooking time perfect!my crumb topping was absorbed or something during baking it disappeared???

Scottish Oat Scones

delicious. my first scones and they came out perfect. i only made 8 instead of 16. maybe because i kept the circle thicker. i brushed the tops with whipping cream and sugar and put a vanilla glaze on top. (1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp of vanilla, and 1/4 cup water)

Blueberry White Chip Muffins

i did not use extra chips for drizzle on top so as not to become too rich. these are the best i have ever had.i also used craisins (dried cranberries)instead of blueberries. so good ahhhhh.
