Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries
Made the recipe as it was written. Found that chicken thighs released a lot of additional oil, so I will used less olive oil next time. I will also probably use a different chicken part in the future. My family wasn't crazy about the chicken thighs. The potatoes definitely need to go in before the chicken.

Pumpkin Pie Bread
I was kind of disappointed with how bland this bread was. I was hoping with the comments that I had read that it would be awesome but it wasn't. It was definitely moist. I used part oil and part apple sauce. I was kind of worried about the amount of sugar in the recipe and did not want to substitute for the sugar for fear that it would affect the taste. You want pumpkin pie bread to taste as awesome as pumpkin pie!!

Easy Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce
Love, love, love, this recipe!!! I was trying to make a good, quick, and easy dinner for my family. Found this recipe, ran to the grocery store and got the ingredients I didn't have at home. It is a thick sauce but if you cook it on low it comes out delightful. I used 3/4 pounds of ground beef only. I also added dried basil and cooked it for an hour and 15 minutes because of a time constraint. It still came out amazing!! Thank you! Thank you for this amazing website!!!
