so delicious! easy to make, i followed the recipe exactly and it came out perfectly. I served it with chicken fajitas and my family loved it - especially my brother who is 7 and hardly eats anything

Penne with Chicken and Asparagus

I made these with chocolate chunks and then topped them with this frosting: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Texas-Chocolate-Frosting/Detail.aspx . It made the MOST DELICIOUS COMBINATION ever!! The brownies were so good and peanut-buttery but I don't think they would have tasted as good without the frosting, it would have been too much overkill with the peanut butter taste. With the chocolate frosting though, it tasted like a baked form of a Reese's mini peanut butter cup or something - SO GOOD!

Texas Chocolate Frosting

Delicious and so easy to make!!! Was amazing with the peanut butter brownies I made, which were super peanut-buttery with chocolate chunks. Would probably be too rich with regular chocolate brownies for me, but with the peanut butter brownies, it tasted like Reese's mini peanut butter cups in a brownie w/ frosting form----SO SO ADDICTIVE! It tasted just as good for the next two days! Would DEFINITELY recommend, unless you are trying to diet--You WONT be able to resist!

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

this is the first oatmeal cookie recipe i have ever made, and i actually have never even eaten an oatmeal cookie before so i have nothing to compare these to, but i LOVE them. i left out the raisins since im not a fan and just used a full cup of butter, however these were delicious and i had great reviews. the first time i made them though it turned into a soup basically but i think i just used too much batter on the baking pan, but the second time it was fine. they were a little bit greasy though but the taste was great.
