Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

I made this last night. Used cornstarch, instead of flour,used rice milk...Great for the one who cannot have wheat and the one who cannot have milk. Added some veggies. Just great. May be better the next day, but, none left. Rosemary

Russian Black Bread

Ground Beef Stroganoff

If it is to watery.Something is wrong. I use a good quality cream of mushroom soup, undiluted. If using 90 % hamburg, do not drain. Use plenty of sour cream. Taste first, all ways.

Pot Roast in Beer

I made this is the slow cooker. The flavor is great, and you don't heat up the kitchen. I sear the beef first, then follow the directions, put on low heat. A few vegies, of course covered with that great gravy, and enjoy.

Dill Pickle Bread

Check bread during kneading cycle, I had to add more flour. Makes the best sandwiches, ever. It has been 5 years now that I have made this. So this is an add on. Make sure the juice and the pickles are at room temp. I add extra dill weed. Yes, for 5 years I have been making this bread, and love it. I use the dough cycle only. Thank you Tony
