Thai Hot and Sour Soup

I tried a lot of recipes before I discovered this one. A Thai woman told me that it tastes just like the Tom Yum that she used to have in Thailand! You can find the Tom Yum paste in Asian grocery stores.

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

I have made this recipe many times and it is delicious! The one thing that I change is to add a generous amount of my favorite salsa inside the burritos.

Tahini Almond Cherry Cookies

These cookies are a good way to use up extra tahini. They are good but they didn't leave me dying for more. I increased the orange juice to 4 tbsp because the cookies were so crumbly these just fell apart.
