Beef Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2008
I made this one awhile ago and never got around to reviewing it. I did think it was really good. Whenever I make stew, or use stew meat in soup I normally dredge the meat in flour first, then brown it. That usually helps the meat stay tender. Thanks for sharing!

Skillet Chicken Cordon Bleu

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2008
This is one of my favorite recipes, it is so good and easy to make. I usually add cooked fettuccini noodles to it, and every now and then I will bread the chicken. Thanks for a great recipe! :)

Dulce de Leche Cheesecake

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2007
I made this recipe awhile back for my DH family, everyone loved it! I think I am going to be evil this time around though and use real sugar instead of the Splenda. Which I have used to make chocolate cheesecake with, other chocolate items as well. Oh my gosh it was nasty! I don't mind using splenda every now and then, but not ever mixed with chocolate again! I am going to make this recipe tomorrow for Valentines Day (since my DH doesn't care for chocolate, what a sin!! haha)

Basic Crepes

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2007
This was a really great crepe recipe. I made some for dessert last night. I put bananas & caramel sauce in some, then bananas and nutella in others. The only thing that could have made things better, would have been some homemade whipped cream!

Chocolate Cheesecake III

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2005
I loved this chocolate cheesecake! It was really good, my husband(who doesn't really like chocolate that much), really loved it also. Along with a few friends. Only thing I changed was I used chocolate wafers for the bottom instead of graham crackers. And I put homemade whipped cream on top.

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2005
I made this to take over to my sister's place for a get together. She and her hubsand liked it, my husband really loved it, I didn't care for it too much myself. I was kind of hoping it would be as good as the Olive Gardens. Although I do have to admit I put white chocolate ganache on the top, which over did it.. I think it could have used more raspberry in it.

Ultimate Spicy Spud Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2005
My husband and I really enjoyed this. I only made a small change, and used Kielbasa instead of sausage. Then added some Itallian seasoning. I think it could use something else in it, but otherwise was really good.

Easy Mexican Hot Chocolate

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2005
This really is good(and simple)! It reminds me of Farmer Brothers Monterey Hot Chocolate (which I love, and they don't stock it in the grocery store, only at a cafe I've been to). So it's great that now I can make it at home! :) Also, I used a 1/2 cup of milk instead of the 1/4 cup, then 1/2 cup of water instead of the 3/4 cup. I do think that next time though I'll add the water first before adding the milk. When I added the milk first(like it says to) then added the water, everything was all clumpy. So I had to stick it back in the microwave for another minute. It still turned out very good though. And definately a keeper! I can't wait for it to get cold outside again to have it more often!

Spicy Polynesian Wrap

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2005
I made this recipe for my family and we all loved it! It's definately a keeper. Although I think it needs some kind of sauce so it's not so dry. Something like a Pina Colada sauce.
