Spinach Lasagna Rolls

I did a few substutions, I added ground sausage and onion powder into the cream cheese along with mushrooms and onions in the sauce! This was amazingly delicious! My new recipe for sure. Thank you!

Pork Dumplings

Going to use this recipe forever. TIP if you do not have a steamer I Youtubed it and just prepare a large pot of boiling water a metal rack to place on top of the pot and a large skillet to cover your dumplings

Lovely! I used pasta sauce with Asiago and parm and instead of ground beef I used Italian sausage along with the rest of the recipe. Freaking amazing. I didn't know it was like a lasagna.

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

Best pizza sauce thus far. I personalized mine a little but I love the fact I didn't have to cook it over the stove then in the oven with the pizza. Packed with flavor. Also great dipping sauce.

Chicken Satay

Great! Marinated the chicken overnight and when put on the grill it was full of flavor. Made a peanut sauce from this website which was delicious as well. Thank you!

Creme Brulee

A little eggy for me. Had a little difficult time whipping the custard in the double broiler, took a while to thincken about ten mins and high heat. I may have to attempt again. Still good, may need more sugar. :)

Jose's Shrimp Ceviche

Dencent and tasty, I didn't cook the shrimp in lime, I added it after and let the lime juice marinate overnight. Also added extra onion powder and added the into the remainder in with the veggies. Afterwards I added the cevivhe on a tostada then drizzled garlic aioli along with sriacha on top. It was delicious!

Okay to thicken the custard add 1 1/2 cup of milk this is a Great recipe, this is my second time making it with graham cracker crust. Once I made into a pie and the second time I made shooters! It was a hit!

Cheese and Bacon Potato Rounds

Easy, just made this for the fourth of July and it was a great side dish. I did add salt after the potatoes were bakes and sliced before and after they were topped with cheese, bacon, and green onions.
