Honey-Lime Pork Chops

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2010
Thanks for a delicious recipe! It was fantastic, even my 5 & 7 yr-olds loved it. I didn't have low sodium soy sauce so I used 1/4 regular and 1/4 water and it turned out just fine. Also, instead of grilling, I baked them at 350 degrees for 40 mins.

Grilled Chicken Adobo

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2012
This was a pretty tasty recipe, but even with the soy sauce cut down, it was still too salty for our tastes. Next time, I will only put in 1/2 c of soy sauce and 3 c of water. Also, I didn't have any honey so I substituted 3 T brown sugar.

Risotto with Asparagus

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2012
This is a good basic risotto recipe. I left out the asparagus and added garlic to the onions while cooking. I also added another 1/2 cup white wine and 1 cup of broth. It took about 20 extra minutes to cook until the rice wasn't too hard.

Korean Spicy Chicken and Potato (Tak Toritang)

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2012
This was very tasty and reminds me of my grandma's cooking back in the old country! I used a whole fryer chicken cut up into pieces and browned them in a splash of sesame oil. I also doubled the sauce using low sodium soy sauce. I have made this several times now and it just gets better each time! Thanks so much for sharing!
