Pumpkin Pie Bars

Wow, these are really good. I used Butter Pecan cake mix, 2/3 cup Evaporated Milk and sprinkled pecans over the top before baking for an hour. Turned out perfectly!

Pleasant Pork Chops

I really liked this recipe-- and so glad to get away from the "cream of.. soups." I took the advice from some of the reviews and BROWNED (not cooked) the pork chops-- maybe 2 minutes a side and then started the cooking for an hour process. They turned out super tender. Also I added about 1/4 cup more chix broth. The sauce was thin but preferred it this way-- would have been too rich had it been thick. The ONLY thing I didn't do was use paprika-- not a fan. Loved it! Thanks.

Chicken and Biscuit Casserole

A very basic, wholesome chicken recipe without the processed taste of cream of chicken soup that I always avoid!!! Delicious and I used fresh basil which gave it some nice flavor. Great.

Caramel Brownies II

Although the taste of these brownies are delicious, the effort in removing them from the pan quite possibly is the reason that I may not make them again! My advice would be the GREASE the pan heavily and be sure to not overcook them-- I think 30 minutes is plenty.

Lemon Filling

Delicious! Light and refreshing and very easy to make. I coupled this with the lemon cream cheese frosting and a lemon cake-- just great. Thanks.

Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting

Delicious recipe. I coupled this tangy frosting with the Lemon Cake Filling and it was a perfect almost spring treat! The only thing I did differently was to add less sugar-- I think it ended up being only 3 cups. Great! Thanks.
