Sweet Dinner Rolls

Made two batches within 3 days! Crazy good, everyone thinks I'm an amazing baker after tasting these. I lowered the sugar to barely a 1/4 cup and they still came out wonderful. Also, I didn't use 1/4 cup for spreading, maybe about two TBSP and it was still wonderful.

Even though I already added some more salt, I thought these to be too bland. So it's an okay recipe, but I will be looking for another better one.

Best Marinara Sauce Yet

Sunday Morning Lemon Poppy Seed Pancakes

Baked Mac and Cheese for One

Really good. I omitted the mustard, Wsauce and the hotsauce, and it was wonderful. I used 3 heaped tbsp of macaroni, and was afraid it wouldn't be enough, but the creamy sauce makes it substantial enough for one person, I could hardly finish it! Thank you for a great recipe!

Grandma's Gingerbread Pancakes

Followed recipe exactly. Batter is way too thin, and the pancakes are very thin too. Sorry, though the taste is good, the pancakes look awful.

Oat Waffles

Easy simple recipe. They came out crispy and I loved the fact that they were semi-healthy :) I ate them with maple syrup, butter and fresh strawberries. What a great breakfast! Thank you for a keeper-recipe.

Chili Seasoning Mix II

Amazing!!!! Love it. Replaced garlic and onion with both a teaspoon of dried garlic and onion. Seriously better than any store bought mix! I'll be using this from now on. Thank you!

Simple Whole Wheat Bread

My bread is still rising, the rolls are about to go in the oven, and I just finished 4 slices of pizza made with this recipe. Amazingly easy to put together. It takes a lot of time, but it is soo worth it. Thank you so much. I also used only 1/3 cup of honey total, I don't like my bread too sweet. Thanks.

Easy Oatmeal Muffins

These were really good. I added some cinnamon and half a cup of raisins. I love the fact that they aren't overly sweet. Mine were done in 15 minutes though. Excellent muffin. I've been eating them all week for breakfast now. A new favorite.

Four Egg Yellow Cake

I'm sorry to say, but this cake was really not what i expected. When it came out of the oven it looked very promising, but after cooling down it became a very heavy dense cake, not what i was looking for. I frosted it with white frosting, and it tasted delicious, but way way way to heavy.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

Thank you soo much for this great recipe. They taste like there are really crushed peanuts in there, which is caused by the lovely crunchyness of the oatmeal. I made them without icing on a great summerday, and my friends nibbeled them away in no time! Be ready to bake another batch, for they will disappear in no time! Wonderfull!

Golden Sweet Cornbread

Really good cornbread. My housemates really enjoyed it!! I served it with a good spicy chilli and the combination of the sweet cornbread and the spicy chilli really tinkels your tastebuds... :-)

Scottish Mince Pie

I made it this morning, and it was really fun to make. It looked very impressive when it was finished. We as dutchies are not really used to eating pies, so when i'll serve it to my housemates later they will be suprised. I nibbled a bit of it and i like it, though it is a bit bland
