Cheese Garlic Biscuits II

I've made this twice, just as it's written, and they're delicious. I'm making more tonight to go along with the chili I'm cooking. I was amazed at how easy it was to make biscuits. I had to go through 9 recipes until I found one that didn't start with "2 cups of Bisquick or biscuit mix." Why would anyone use a mix when these are so easy and so delicious?

Chicken and Red Wine Sauce

I just made this; it was good. Husband went back for seconds. I cut way back on the sugar, just about a quarter cup (I also was using about a lb and a half of chicken tenders), and it was still a bit sweet for my taste. I used a nice Chianti for the red wine. No complaints there. I think I would make this again with less sugar and add onions and mushrooms, but other than that, it was a quick dish. My husband had requested chicken piccata, and all I had was red wine, so I looked up chicken and red wine and found this. I'd make it again.

Lemon Chicken Tenders

This is delicious. My family loves it, and I love that I can make it quickly when I get home from work. I will say it takes me at least 15-20 minutes to prep it and at least 30 minutes to cook it, so don't count on it being done in 35 minutes, but other than that, I totally recommend it. The only thing I do a bit differently is to put the salt, pepper and paprika in with the bread crumbs. It saves a step, and the spices don't come off in the egg wash.

Snoogy Chicken

I love this recipe. It's fast, it's easy, and it's tasty. My teen-aged son requests it frequently. I tend to stick to the recipes as written, though I may occasionally add garlic powder because, you know, garlic is always good. I don't turn off the oven, though. I just cook it until the chicken is done. Usually about 40 minutes, depending on the size of the breasts.

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

I made this once when I was looking for something I could make quickly-it was one of those days. The family loved it. In fact, I was about to make another recipe tonight, and my husband requested this one instead. I will say that I keep thinking it needs more garlic than is called for, but you know what? It really doesn't. It's very garlicky just with the one clove.
