Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2012
I don't know how people could not rate this the best chocolate chip recipe on this website. My husband likes a more cake-like cookie so I guess thats why. This is not cakey. It is a perfect chewy gooey but crispy on the outside cookie. I search for it every time I'm making chocolate chip cookies!

Easy Chicken Enchilada Crescent Bake

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2012
I dont understand. 375 didn't quite cook all the way through so I kept adding 5 minutes and then 5 more. I just turned up to 425 and I sit here waiting for 5 more hoping that they wont be gooey and yucky on the bottom....again and again.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2010
I'm a lazy AllRecipe person but I couldn't let this pass...BEST EVER LASAGNA!! Even people who aren't fans of lasagna loved this pasta dish. Its absolutely perfect. Tastes like it came from a mom & pop Italian restaurant or an expensive one at least. No one will eat this and not want to just jump in dish & roll around in the sauce & cheese...it is that good...make it now :-)

Buffalo Chicken Wing Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2009
Just have to say...this was amazing. I didn't change a thing. You could reduce the milk if you like it thicker. I thought maybe corn...a friend thought mushrooms...It was great just the way it is though. It didn't look all that great when I got home from work & looked at the crock pot; but I'm tellin ya...this is super yummy!!!

Fish Chowder

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2005
I made this for visiting inlaws. They love fresh fish especially knowing my husband is the one who caught the fish! So I used the bluegill filets I had in the freezer from an earlier fishing trip. And I added a small bag of frozen shrimp (thought I wouldn't have enough fish). Man, this was really great and not that hard to make! We all loved it~I will totally make this again~it made me look like a great chef!

Slow Cooker Chicken Creole

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2005
I really thought this was great! It was easy to throw together and fairly inexpensive (I like boneless skinless thighs - cheap & good in a casserole dish). I used green chiles instead of jalapeno's (just didn't have any) and the kids hate mushrooms so i left those out...otherwise everything else was the same and was just awesome! House smelled great walking in after work!!!

Slow Cooker Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2005
Honestly, this wasn't what I expected. Very thick consistancy! But I have to say...EVERYONE loved it! I think it was a little salty but I used garlic salt instead of powder cuz it was all I had. And I used chicken thigh meat instead, I think that retains more juices & doesn't taste dry. GREAT recipe~my family thanks you
