Fudge Truffle Cheesecake

Oh my gosh, is this ever good. I used a water bath and left it in the oven for an hour after baking, per other suggestions. This is incredible.

Everyone went CRAZY over these at my party. One tip for people who like bacon as lean as possible--don't "wrap" the bacon around the cracker; the bacon on the bottom will still be a litte fatty. Just lay the bacon on top, as in the original recipe. And SPRINKLE just a little brown sugar. Too much, and it won't melt. These are SOOOO good.

Rachel's Cream Cheese Fruit Salad

This is SOOOO good. I loved the flavors, and you can use any fruit that strikes your fancy. I used toasted chopped pecans instead of pretzels and added them to each individual serving.

Breakfast Casserole II

REALLY wonderful. I made it for the first time the night before Christmas, and we had it for brunch the next morning. I took all the suggestions--added bacon and sauteed fresh mushrooms, etc. It was really fabulous--just what I was looking for!
