My Country Style Steak

This recipe was better than I thought it would be! As others mentioned, I did not add additional salt (garlic powder instead) but did use the entire envelope of soup. I also used 1 cup water and 1 cup cream; after cooking, I added sour cream to the gravy and, boy! It was as close to my mom's beef stroganoff as I have ever tasted since she made it over 10 years ago(she had the recipe in her head, never told anyone and now it's lost forever!).

Awesome Baked Sea Scallops

These are better than awesome! Other reviewers noted not to use all of the topping the recipe calls for - I disagree. But instead of putting all of the topping on top of the scallops, I put a little dab on each scallop and scattered the rest of the topping around the scallops, allowing the topping to "soak up" the melted butter/garlic mix that I did not discard, but poured over and around scallops in the casserole dish - this came out crispy and delicious! And easy?? This is the first time I've ever cooked scallops (was always afraid to) and this recipe made me a whiz at it! Will be making this again!!

Deep Dish Alfredo Pizza

This sauce is simply the most delicious alfredo I've ever had! It's easy to make and I use it on pizza (I use store bought crust to save time)as well as on pasta with chicken and/or shrimp. Devine!

Sweet Green Bean Bundles

Can't say enough about this recipe! My only change to it is I don't bundle the beans. I place the beans in a baking dish, mix in the cooked, chopped bacon, pour the butter-brown sugar mix over it all and bake for 45 minutes or until heated through. These are excellent!

Creamy Red Potatoes

This is the best potato recipe I've ever made! It is so easy and simple!! I made enough for 8 people thinking I'd have leftovers - no such luck - these potatoes were gone with only 5 people at dinner - don't make the mistake of passing this recipe up - it's a winner!

Sherry Apple Pork Chops

This recipe is excellent!!! I make this frequently to raves. I have used the boneless pork chops, but prefer using a good fresh pork loin or the pre-marinated teryaki flavor pork loin and I use a cooking bag for easy clean up and juicier meat.

Charleston Breakfast Casserole

Excellent recipe! I used butter-garlic croutons and added ham. For quickness and convenience, I used Hormel's bacon in a jar in lieu of cooking/crumbling bacon. This was so good, my Italian guests wanted the recipe to take back to Italy with them!
