Beer Batter Fish Made Great

This was excellent! My only problem was it had too much salt. I only put one teaspoon salt but it was still too much. I didn't have paprika so I omitted it but the dish still tasted great! The batter was surprisingly light and it went so well with the cream dory fillets I used.

Amazing Crunchy Tofu Salad

This was a really good recipe! The tofu was delightful; however, it lost its crunch quickly. It was still good, though. I used extra-virgin olive oil instead of chili oil and I did not use the marinade as part of the dressing. Instead, I just added a bit of lemon to it. This is a very enjoyable salad!
