Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2014
I modified the recipe by making turkey legs instead of whole chickens. I used 6 drums baked at 350 degrees for an hour covered, also i didnt put in Cayenne pepper. Rotated the droms, re-applied leftover spices, added a cup of water, and baked another 30 mins uncovered. Turned out delicious and my 7 year old ate a whole drum by himself.

Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2014
I saw a lot say it was salty and by itself it was , however if you take some potatoes and boil them for 25 to 30 mins. Drain the potatoes, and then mash them up really good, and serve the steak over the potatoes and eat them mixes together, you wont need low sodium anything. If you dont add any seasonings to the potatoes it makes the soups perfect mixed in the potatoes. This was an absolute favorite, my picky eater even asked for it to be served up for her lunch the next day.

Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2014
I made this as well as the House Fried Rice recipe. They were both absolutely awesome. Instead of doing the slow cooker though I cooked the meat in the sauce on the stove for 30 minutes at medium heat. This helped the meat soak in the flavor without the hours in a slow cooker. Delicious and less time consuming way to do it.

Broccoli Beef II

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2014
I threw the marinade in with the rest, and used some of the broth from the noodles instead of opening a new can for the beef broth, but it turned out perfect. I have two very picky eaters and they are 4 and 5 years old. They loved it too especially my 5 year old who doesnt like beef that much.

My 4 and 5 year old girls loved it just as much as my husband and I. I used La Choy teriyaki sauce and cooked it in a skillet and it was perfect.
