Oven Fried Chicken III
Yum! This was delicious. I'd never have thought that mayonnaise would work on chicken, but it did. I made a few modifications: I used flour on the chicken before dipping it in the mayo. Instead of straight mayonnaise, I added a teaspoon of dijon mustard and just enough milk to make it easy to coat the chicken with. I also added a teaspoon of oregano and basil to the breading. I'll definitely make this again!
