Very good starting point recipe. I added oregano, a bit of paprika, italian seasoning, and extra garlic salt. I also used half the butter and substituted a beaten egg for the rest.
I used skinless boneless chicken breasts, and dipped them twice instead of once. Then baked 45 mins, turning once, and drizzling with just a tad of butter.
Delicious and crispy!
