This was a wonderful recipe, however i did add and change things up a bit. I used 2lbs thin boneless center cut porkchops (as i browned them i put a dash of salt, pepper and garlic powder), 21/2 cups seasoned packaged breadcrumbs with 1/2 cup of cubed bread, instead of mixing the water and soup together i mixed 1/2 cup of chicken broth with 1 can of cream of chicken soup. Before i baked it all i spikeled 1/4 cup of chicken broth over the dish so that the stuffing does not dry out. i also left out the celery and onions because the packaged bread crumbs i used were already wonderfully flavored. Again this was very tasty!
