Slow Cooker Barbeque

Despite my three year old asking for the recipe, I didn't like this as well as a different recipe where you make the sauce. The key must be getting the right bottled sauce. Good but didn't knock my socks off.

Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots

The tenderloin was great but both my guests and I didn't think the sauce added much. If I made this again, I would either puree or chop the shallots as suggested by one of the other reviewers.

Excellant. I used breasts and followed some of the other commenters suggestions for time and using foil on bottom of pan. Next time I will double the sauce as it is so good.

Pork Chops in Beer

Very tasty. I used thick cut chops and increased the cooking time. My husband liked it. He said he was surprised how tasty it was as he was skeptical by looking at it.

White Chocolate-Macadamia Nut Oatmeal Cookies

My dough was too dry and crumbly to drop by teaspoonfuls. I tried to squeeze into balls but didn't really work either. I resorted to pressing the batter into a 9 x 13 pan instead and baking about 25 minutes. The flavor was great nonetheless. I may try adding the butter the prior reviewer did next time.

Good recipe. For our taste we upped the horseradish and mustard. My mother has used the apricot/horseradish/mustard mixture on pork roasts before.

Wisconsin Bratwurst

This is very similar to how I usually make brats but I hadn't previously added the butter. I also occasionally add garlic and like to use dark beer if possible. Sehr gut!!

Heavenly Potatoes and Ham

Will definately cut down on the amount of potatoes next time. Not only was 5 lbs. hard to fit in a 9x13, but the flavor of dish would be better with less as well. Would also increase the amount of ham. Otherwise good.

Bloody Mary Chicken

Sirloin Steak with Garlic Butter
