Oven Fried Catfish

Not very good. The coating didn't want to stick to the fish, and I ended up with some weird gooey mixture on the bottom of the pan. Will stick with my old oven fried catfish recipe.

Baked French Toast

Yum. I followed the other reviews and decreased the eggs to 6 and the milk to 1 cup. I also used maple syrup. Received rave reviews at a brunch. However, it is very sweet, so don't pair w/ something that is also very sweet. Will make again!

Could have had a little more spice. Next time will use more jalapeno peppers. The nutmeg and allspice were a little overwhelming. Husband loved it though!
