I'm not a big fan of garlic, but everyone else who ate it thought it was great.
I always soak the chicken for 30-45 minutes in lemon juice and salt (after it's been cleaned and before it's been cooked), which seemed to compliment the garlic very nicely. I also sprinkled some lemon juice on the chicken before it went in the oven.
