Dark Chocolate Cake I

Wonderful. One of my friends, whom I served this to, owns a chocolate restraunt he raved about it the entire night. I used cream cheese iciing (on the inside plain and the outside chocolate).

Mini Pineapple Upside-Down Cakes

I used pineapple cake mix instead of yellow and it was very good. I had no trouble removing the cakes, I use baker's Spray with flour. It was very moist. I served them on china saucers and I did not cut the cherry in half to enhance the height of the treat.

Emily's Famous Marshmallows

I made these once and they didn't work but I think that was my fault the second time I made them they were perfect! I've had them for a bit of time and they're still good. They make a really nice melted top for hot chocolate.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

I used parchment paper and alot of flour and the cookie dough wasn't sticky at all. I also cut some of the cookies into mini cookies that were both yummy and cute. They cooked for 5-6 mins
