Old Bay® Shrimp Fest

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2006
This dish has great taste and is fun to serve. I made it on the 4th of July and it was a big hit! I added king crab legs at the end of the cooking time and served with melted garlic butter. Yummy.

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2006
This is a wonderful sauce. Based on suggestions of others, I added hot pepper flakes, reduced onion (actually used Shallots) added sun-dried tomatoes and increased the amount of cream a bit. Served with cheese filled tortillini. Great reviews by all at the table.

Ground Beef Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2006
I think it's the creamy mixture that really makes these tasty. My modifications were using flour tortillias, sour cream & Campbells chili verde soup. I also added mexican spices to the ground beef. Had leftovers for lunch the next and I think they were even better.

Baked Corn I

After servicing this at my job for a Christmas luncheon, I agree with those that had positive reviews on this recipe. I had many complimentary comments & I also found this to be delicious! You should not be disappointed.

Best Marinara Sauce Yet

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2005
This is definately a recipe that you won't be dissapointed in. My adult son (world's biggest critic) said this is the best sauce he has ever tasted! I simmered the sauce a little longer than called for and added italian sausage.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2005
These were really good. I cooked according to the recipe except I seasoned the chops & seared in bacon grease (had for green beans) for a few minutes along w/onion slices. Placed in the baking dish & topped w/the sauce. They turned out very moist and tender AND lots of flavor!

Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2005
This was wonderful. Definately one that you will be glad that you tried. I went according to the directions, except my husband grilled it (indirect method) after searing it over the coals for 2-3 minutes on each side. Served it with "Cheesy Potato casserole" also on this site.

Rosemary Garlic Rub

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2005
Although I have used this website for quite some time to obtain recipes, this is my first review. I used my own fresh grown rosemary, added a little bit of fresh grown greek oregeno & lemon juice (as one other reviewer suggested) & used it on bone-in chicken breasts and grilled. Not only were these moist but also had a fantastic flavor. If grilled correctly, I can't imagine anyone not being completely 100% satisfied with the results!
