Christmas Cauliflower
This was good, but next time I would use more mushrooms, which I would not leave in the pan while I cooked the sauce. (Remove after sauteeing with the peppers, then readd after sauce is made) Also needs more swiss cheese or try sharp cheddar.

Classic Pot Roast
I followed the recipe except....I used a 3.5 lb roast, which I browned before placing in the crock pot. 28 oz can of plain diced tomatoes with one can of cream of mushroom soup. I also added sliced mushrooms about an hour before it was finished. DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!
