Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2011
I made this for the 1st time for Christmas. I was in a bit of a rush and I forgot to add the sour cream. Even with the sour cream missing, it was a HUGE hit, everyone loved it and kept going back for more. I'll be making this as a regular addition to my recipies.

Hot or Cold Vegetable Frittata

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2009
I doubled this for a large group and it was devoured in no time. The only change I made was I did not use any onion.

Saucy Cherry Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2007
This is a very easy recipe. Instead of canned sour cherries, I used fresh pitted cherries. The cake is a little on the chewey side, so I'll continue to experiment. However overall this was a very easy, tasty recipe that was gone in one sitting.

Snickerdoodles I

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2006
These are my favorite cookies of all time. I've tried other Snickerdoodle recipes, but this was by far the best I've ever made. They came out perfect, lightly brown on the bottoms and still very chewy after they cooled. I cooked every batch for only 8 mins. and, as I've learned from other cookies, I used parchment paper to line the cookie sheets.

Asparagus with Blue Cheese Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2006
I tried this when I wanted something different than Hollandaise Sauce for my asparagus. It's extremely easy and tasted great. You could use the blue cheese sauce with many other recipes.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2005
This is by far one of the best cookie recipes that I've ever made, however I did make one slight change, I used butter instead of margerine. They were just lightly crispy on the edges and still soft in the middle.
