Taco Lasagna
This was really good. I did make a few changes. I didn't have sour cream, so I used cheese whiz (the kind in the jar) instead. Also, my salsa was medium heat, so I didn't use the additional spices beyond the taco seasoning. To remedy the issue with the layer of tortillas being too thick, as someone below mentioned, I used 3 whole tortillas and then cut two in half instead of overlapping 6 tortillas per layer. This seemed to work out well. I took this to a potluck and everyone enjoyed it. I'll definitely make this again!
