Elephant Ears

This recipe was really good, especially freshly made:)I made it for my kids at the preschool I work for and my husbands hot rod shop. It was hot both places:) The only heads up I give is the cinnamon sugar topping is way way off...in my opinion anyway so you may want to tweak with that(the cinnamon side of the ratio was too high!) Thanks

Indian Chicken Curry II

I made this recipe exactly as it is written, and I thought that it was great! Both my boyfriend and I thought that the spice level was perfect, not too spicy, not too mild. The next time, I might add some extras to our tastes...but as a base this is perfect! Thanks!

Cheese Garlic Biscuits II

I've never visited the certain restaurant these are served at but these biscuits are amazing! I just made my first batch and I think I'm going to make a quadruple batch next time so I can freeze the rest! Thanks for this delicious (AND easy!) recipe!

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

I've made this recipe a few times now, and they never have turned out flat. I once read in a review in order to ensure cookies will hold their shape in the oven, it's necessary to chill them in the fridge first. I do this for all the cookies I bake now, and never have the flattening issue anymore. My favorite variation on this recipe is substituting vanilla for the almond and using homemade vanilla blackberry jam :) Thanks! These are just like my Grandma used to make!

Amish White Bread

I love this recipe. I've made it quite a few times now exactly as it is written. It makes a very sweet dough. Everytime I have baked it, the dough in the center of my loaf is underdone, while the crust is perfect. This could be my oven or cheap pan..? However, this dough makes delicious, perfect Parker House rolls. After the first rising, form dough into 1" balls in greased muffin tins and allow to rise 30 minutes. Then bake until golden. I always keep a batch of them in the freezer. Thanks!

Boudreaux's Zydeco Stomp Gumbo

This was my first time making gumbo and it was delicious! Next time, I may cut down just a bit on the cajun seasoning as it was too spicy for my boyfriend...but I thought it was absolutely perfect! This recipe makes ALOT of gumbo- but it freezes well!

Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti

I usually don't like biscotti but I think these are delicious! I like the use of olive oil instead of butter, too...it makes them cheaper to make and a little healthier.

This was amazing! We are broccoli lovers to begin with, but this dish is so yummy that it would convert even a devout hater! I recieved many compliments on this dish when I made it on Christmas, and I plan on making it many more times in the future! Thanks for the recipe!
