Tzatziki Sauce II

Excellent! I made this to go with the tradition gyro meat recipe from this site. We loved this and I will definitely make again. Only change I made was to cut back on the mint. . . think I used about a tablespoon, to fit our taste. Thanks for the recipe!

Traditional Gyro Meat

I never thought that we could have homemade gyros! My daughter, the gyro expert, LOVED this recipe. I'm so happy I took the time to make it. . . I followed the recipe as written. My only question is, why do we put the towel in the pan with the water?

Irish Potato Casserole

Great St Pat's Recipe! My daughter doesn't like corned beef, but wanted something "Irish" for the day and we all loved these potatoes. I followed the recipe, but did use 1/3 cup butter instead of 1/2 but didn't bother to measure the potatoes, knew I had way more than 2 cups. Will definitely make this again. Thanks for the new twist on St Pat's Day food!

Baked Onion Rings

These were surprisingly good considering how low fat they are; not greasy in the least! I followed the suggestion of others by using bowls instead of bags. I used garlic salt instead of regular salt & 1/2 regular paprika & 1/2 smoked paprika. The flavor was amazing! Hubby loved them too. Will definitely make again. Thanks!

Gramma's Old Fashioned Chili Mac
