Very good recipe. I did some changes though.... I substituted the ketchup with Prego Marinera sauce. Bread Crumbs I did it with Italian bread crumbs, can diced tomatoes with basil and garlic (did not drain) I cooked it at 375 and for 1hr 40mins. It was very good. Great with pasta on the side and leftovers...husband made meatloaf sandwiches too :)

Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs

This recipe is very very good. I marinated the chicken in the sauce for an hour, still very good. In the marinade I added a spoonful of garlic. I cook the bacon on stove a bit first before wrapping it on the sticks.

Salsa Chicken

This was really really good. Followed recipe exactly....I used Paco Picante Sauce (mild) and loaded it with tons of Chedder cheese. My husband really liked it too. We ate this with Yellow rice. Very good

Chicken Parmigiana

OK I don't cook but I'm learning... I decided to make this recipe and I'm sorry but I have to give myself a two thumbs up. I was cheered by my boyfriend and his cousin.... They said they couldn't tell I couldn't cook, it was that good. thank you for this recipe.

This was a very good recipe everyone that eat some loved it. The only thing I did add was one pound of ground beef and three links of mild italian sausage. Very Very very good espeacially for a rookey cook.

Mini Cheesecakes

This was sooooooooooo good. I live with three guys and they gobbled these little cakes up. I don't cook so this was a little surprise for them. We all loved it and i will make this again. The only thing I changed with this recipe is the crust. Instead of the vanilla waffer (which occasionally gets soft and soggy) I crush up some graham crackers, mix it with some melted butter and then place it in cupcake cup holders. Then place the cream cheese mixture on top. Then cook. Good with or with out toppings :)
