Canned Apple Pie Filling

I would add more cinnamon and less 1 c. less sugar. I found the apples to get softer than I would like for pie or apple crisp. We will be using our 14 quarts to eat like a chunky applesauce.

Wild Rice Soup III

Outstanding! I used 2 cans Kirkland premium chicken and added 1 c. diced carrots. I used whole milk. It was more like a casserole than a soup but it was fabulous.

Blueberry French Toast

Love it! I was looking forward to trying this and was disappointed when I realized that it was supposed to be made the day before. I prepared and baked itanyway and it was great. I used frozen blueberries. I will use fewer eggs next time and more blueberries.
