Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

This is a seriously delicious recipe. I broiled the ribs in the oven with salt & pepper then through them into the slow cooker with the sauce and they were perfect. Moist, tender with lots of flavour. You can add your own sauce recipe to change things up but they always turn out fantastic! Really great recipe which I have shared with so many who also loved this recipe. Thanks for posting it!

Slow-Cooked Short Ribs

Delicious! Made this recipe for my husband and he loved it. Simple and easy to make with ingredients on hand. Place all ingredients in slow cooker and turn it on, comes out perfectly moist and tender with loads of flavour. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Funnel Cakes I

Great recipe, made no changes and turned out perfect. Tasted just like the funnel cakes at the amusement parks but now we can have them any time we want a special treat. Simple to put together and easy to make with ingredients on hand. Delicious, thanks for sharing this recipe!

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

Golden Rice Cakes with Sweet Potato-Ginger Sauce

Really wonderful rice cake. However I made them the size of an ice cream scoop. They fried up nicely and when presented looked very attractive. My sauce was also too thick, but extremely tasty. It is a lot of work but well worth the effort. I will make again with a smaller sweet potato so my sauce is not too thick.

Apple Squares

Loved this recipe. I cooked it for 25 minutes. They were moist and tender with great apple/cinnamon flavour. I used one granny smith apple which I chopped finely. The recipe was perfect the way it was written. Next time I will certainly double the recipe so we have some to enjoy the next day. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Gramma's Date Squares

These should be called Amazing Squares. They are excellent, very delicate and rich in flavor. The only thing I would recommend is, after heating the dates I pureed them when they cooled and then spread them on the base. This is the only date squares I make now, it is a keeper. Thanks for the recipe!!

German Potato Pancakes

Thanks for the recipe, these were fantastic. They are exactly how I remember them to be, light and crispy around the edges, very tasty, I would add more salt to the batter next time, however everyone thought they were perfect and said they were the best they have ever tasted. I am making them again today for company. I will hang on to this recipe - it's a keeper.

Artichokes

Not crazy about this recipe. Artichokes were tough, not tender what so ever. I had to cook it longer and it still was woody. Will not make it again. I prefer cooking artichokes in a pot of boiling water/olive oil/garlic cloves & lemon slices, it's easy and makes a really tender, tasty artichoke. Thanks anyway.

Caesar Salad Supreme

Sorry but I didn't like this one too much, it has way too much mayo, I ended up adding more oil, black pepper, salt and extra lemon juice. I will stick with my original caesar salad recipe. Thanks anyway.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

This cake deserves a 5 star rating. I can't believe that this is from a cake mix. It's so very moist and the chocolate chips are a wonderful addition, especially when eaten a little warm. Very easy to make and baked up nice and tall but not over the pan. It even tastes great the next day (if there are any leftovers!). Loved this one. Will be making it again & again.

Three Bean Salad

This salad was very good, but a little too sweet. I loved the addition of celery seeds it made it taste very good. It's a good make ahead recipe. You can substitute the beans for any canned beans you have on hand. Great picnic salad and gets better as it sits.

Quiche Lorraine II

This recipe was the best quiche we have ever had. The children had second's. I cooked mine for 50 minutes and only put in 1 cup of milk, I put in 8 stripes of bacon cause we love bacon. It had lots of flavor and the texture was wonderful. This will become my only quiche recipe, it was also very easy to make!

Michelle's Peanut Butter Marbled Brownies

These brownies are absolutely amazing. I was looking for a peanut butter / chocolate combination brownies. The chocolate is really intense and the peanut butter is mild, it does not take over the brownie. They are moist. Best when cooled or the next day. They cooked up perfect!! A definate 10*

Ultimate Sugar Cookies

I found the dough uneasy to work with and spread too much in the pan when cooked. Even with it being chilled in the fridge dough was still too soft. My family didn't enjoy the flavour too much either and really needed icing to cover up the flavour of the cookie.

Cathy's Banana Bread

Oh this is so yummy, it's moist, light, fluffy and the banana flavour is just right on. I loved it. I didn't add a thing to it. Very easy to make. Used just 2 bananas that I had in the freezer.

Banana Banana Bread

Very moist bread and has good flavour. But you need lots of bananas on hand. Also it only makes 1 loaf. It turns out nice but you have to watch that the center gets cooked through. Kids enjoyed it.
