Cherry Tomato Salad

Love this recipe, I grow tons of cherry tomatoes in the summer and this recipe is ideal especially when the tomatoes are nice sweet. Perfect and delicious salad made no changes.

Baked Ziti II

Excellent recipe, thanks for sharing. I made this pretty much as stated but, being Italian, I eye balled the ingredients to my taste. Baked it in the oven until the sauce bubbled. Looked and presented great, tasted even better. Quick and easy to prepare for a no fuss weekday meal.

Italian Rice Balls

Great recipe. Made it exactly as stated. Turned out perfect, rice was easy to handle and form into a ball. Fried up perfectly, only problem I would have to say is that I ate too many of them. Tasted just as I remembered them as a little girl when my grandma use to make them.

Pot Roast Dips

This was really, really good. Perfect comfort food with only 3 ingredients! Super simple to make, I didn't change a thing and it turned out moist with lots of flavor. The entire house smelled amazing. A keeper.

Texas Sheet Cake V

Awesome cake! This recipe makes a large rectangle cake, big enough to serve a large crowd. It was also big on flavour. Super moist and light at the same time. I did ice this cake with a ganache frosting because I made it for a birthday party. Everyone loved it!

Made this recipe exactly as stated. It turned out not so good. It was dry with very little broth and was lacking flavour. My family was not excited about this recipe. Will not be making it again, sorry.

Simple White Cake

Really, really good cake. I made it as per the exact instructions and it was light, fluffy, sweet and extremely tasty. I made them into cupcakes and through in a handful of miniature chocolate chips into the batter. Wonderful recipe!

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

This is a seriously delicious recipe. I broiled the ribs in the oven with salt & pepper then through them into the slow cooker with the sauce and they were perfect. Moist, tender with lots of flavour. You can add your own sauce recipe to change things up but they always turn out fantastic! Really great recipe which I have shared with so many who also loved this recipe. Thanks for posting it!

Golden Rice Cakes with Sweet Potato-Ginger Sauce

Really wonderful rice cake. However I made them the size of an ice cream scoop. They fried up nicely and when presented looked very attractive. My sauce was also too thick, but extremely tasty. It is a lot of work but well worth the effort. I will make again with a smaller sweet potato so my sauce is not too thick.

Apple Squares

Loved this recipe. I cooked it for 25 minutes. They were moist and tender with great apple/cinnamon flavour. I used one granny smith apple which I chopped finely. The recipe was perfect the way it was written. Next time I will certainly double the recipe so we have some to enjoy the next day. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
