Cookie Balls

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2008
I had my 9yr old litte cook help me with this on Sunday 10/19. I gave her the recipe and ingredients but the white chocolate was microwaved too long. So I went to her house to try to solve the problem and read the almond bark pkg. and found out I needed shortening. I took everything home and finished it by melting white chocolate and about tbsp shortening and coated them by using two teaspoons stead of a fork and sprinkled them. They are good.

I used the suggestion of adding pasta sauce to the dressing, used turkey pepperoni cut in fours and added spinach for more color. I left out olives and mushrooms. I tried it heated up too. Enjoyed

Added 4 oz of white sharp cheddar cheese to the flour and half and half cream and combined all adding salt, pepper and garlic to taste with some broccoli florets. Enjoyed

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: May 10, 2006
I have made this twice before May 2006 came this year. I took the advice of using more flavoring and letting the dough be cold is helpful too. I made a double batch in April 2006 for my Pastor's Banquet which were about 100 cookies by myself. I will ask for help next time. I used icing from another recipe not on this site and flavored and colored them orange, pineapple(yellow),strawberry (pink), vanilla almond (white). I got rave reviews. The cookies were heart shapes. Don't over cook them. My last batch was only about five or six cookies and they got really brown but were still edible.

Crab Salad III

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2005
I made this about 11:00 p.m.Friday 1/28 in a 10 cup container and it was gone by Monday 1/31 with only three people eating it. Then when the last bite was taken I was asked when was I going to make it again. I added 2 cans of tiny shrimp and imitation crab and 2 cups of penne pasta . I didn't use olives, tomatoes, radishes or green peppers. I will be making this again this weekend. Thanks Joyce

I made this and used the suggestion of having only one mango. Someone that doesn't like mangos that much enjoyed this. I have requests to make it again. I also thought about using Peaches next time.
