Grilled Salmon I

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2011
Excellent recipe!! I marinaded it for a little over 3 hours, and I baked it in the oven instead of grilling, but other than that I kept everything the same. Such a delicious and simple dish!!

Raspberry Tilapia

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2011
Great recipe! The only changes I made was that I used vinaigrette instead of vinegar, and I didn't have dill weed so I used Italian seasoning because that's all I had. I made it with asparagus and spooned some of the extra sauce over both on the plate. Yummy!!

Pork Chops with Apples, Onions, and Sweet Potatoes

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2011
Very good recipe. I did as others suggested and microwaved the sweet potato first and also mixed together some maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, mustard and the brown sugar and coated the potatoes and apples in it. I also kept the apples a little larger. Then I baked it at 345 degrees for 45 minutes. Will make this again

Easy Tilapia with Wine and Tomatoes

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2011
Great recipe! I baked it in the oven at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes in a foil packet. Instead of a tomato I used a can of Italian diced tomatoes. I then served it on top of Parmesan Romano rice with a side salad. Delicious!!

Great recipe! I did as others recommended and both marinaded and cooked the salmon in a foil packet. I flipped the fish over halfway through cooking and opened the foil for the last 5 minutes. turned out great!!

Garlic and Tomato Tilapia

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2011
I will definitely make this again. I used a can of stewed tomatoes because that's all I had on hand. I cut them cup and let them simmer with the garlic and a little juice from the can while the the fish was cooking, then I added the sour cream and spooned over fish and continued cooking for about 10 minutes. Very good!

Maple-Mustard Glazed Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2010
it was good, not great. I would definitely like to use the glaze on something else. All and all I might make it again, with some specifications

Fruit Pizza II

Great recipe! I used strawberry cream cheese, which I thought made it good. next time I would try to drizzle a little more of the glaze. I only put a little on and I didn't really taste it

Pleasant Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2008
very good recipe. We did make a couple of changes. We didn't have Paprika, so we used Marjoriam and Rosemary. It turned out great. We used the gravy for our mashed potatoes too. Will make again for sure

Honeyed Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2005
Great recipe! My husband and I were very impressed. I added 2 extra tbs of honey and turned the chops over half way thru as suggested. I also used onion powder because I didn't have an onion. I will definitely make this again.
